Since 2005 Executive Chef, Santo Manuele has supported teachers within the local network of secondary schools with industry currency and insight. This allows teachers to train our up and coming chefs of tomorrow with current and realistic hospitality expectations.

Santo’s also supports the Northern Beaches Business Education Network. (NBBEN) through their workplacement programme in which he fosters year 11 and 12 students who are studying cookery as part of their HSC. He has more recently joined the NBBEN Management Committee as an industry representative.

In addition to these culinary activities, Santo and Stella Blu are keen sponsors of charity organisations and have assisted in the fundraising and campaigning to assist Luca Weber in his fight against a brain tumour. Back
