The Bar delivers a vast selection of perfectly poured favourites with a genuine interest in flavour not just intoxication. They are large and powerful and prepared by the bar staff who seem as intense as hit men as they crush the lime and the mint for their legendary Mojitos. “And remember,” adds owner Pino Salerno, “there is no requirement to dine in order to have a drink in the Bar.”

Linger before or after dinner, kick back with friends for the night, or just get comfy with someone special and sip from a superb drinks list. “Cocktails are our speciality,” says owner Nick Salerno. “We offer the traditional mixes but there is a huge demand for our signature cocktails like the Lychee Martini, Platinum Blonde and a favourite with the boys Mrs Robinson.”
