When Stella Blu Café opened its doors in 1992, it stood amongst a handful of eateries. Menu offerings were pizza, foccacia, pasta, coffee and desserts. The 40 seat cafe quickly grew to be a favourite amongst the locals.
Over time the vision was to create a ‘Ristorante’ encased in the tradition of Italian hospitality and to serve the finest modern Italian dishes in Sydney.
After an expansion into adjoining premises and renovation, Executive Chef Santo Manuele and Pino Salerno joined Nick Salerno as partners to help achieve the vision. Since then Stella Blu’s focus has been to reflect its Italian heritage of innovation, ageless beauty and zest for life.
Construction of the Bar was finalised 2 hours before the start of a cocktail party in December 2006.
